John Dillavou

John Dillavou is the founder of Prescient Software jrd Inc., the company that developed Mun-Ease, The Municipal Bond Manager. John is a CPA and a former manager for Price Waterhouse and I.T. Director for Downey Savings, (formerly a large publicly held thrift in California). He has BS and MBA degrees from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. John has also published several articles on public finance, computer software, and manufacturing processes in technical and trade journals.
